Facilities:
Michigan Banquet Hall facility hours are by appointment.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 am- 5 pm.
Michigan Banquet Hall is a great place to hold your wedding reception, birthday party, family reunion, quince, anniversary party, bridal or wedding shower, business meeting, or any other special event. The hall has a banquet facility that will seat up to 330 guests. Our hall includes a stage area for a dance floor, D.J. station, and/or live band.
The Hall utilizes circular (60" and/or 72") banquet style tables and chairs. We provide a bar service and option to supply your own food and/or have it catered to the facility. We offer Beer (draft, can & or bottle), Spirits, Wine, and Soft Drinks at a cost.
Michigan Banquet Hall is located on the lower level of the facility and has an easy access to the front of the facility and the back (handicap access).

Rates:
All prices are based hourly during the week and by the amount of people and the function you are holding. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Hours of Operation during the week are as follows:
Monday through Thursday 8am to 11pm
Friday’s 8am to 1am
Saturday's 8am to 1am
Sunday’s 8am to 11pm
Five (5) hour rental rate on the weekend

Set-Up & Tear Down:
Michigan Banquet Hall will Set up & Tear down the tables and chairs based on the amount of people & type of event that you reserve.
If there is an event the night before your reservation, you will not be able to set up until the morning/afternoon/evening of your event. But in the case there is no event scheduled for the day before your reservation, you are more than welcome to set up the morning/afternoon/evening before your event.
It is your responsibility to bring your own supplies (i.e. plates & utensils, table clothes, decorations, etc.) to decorate the facility to your liking. Please after your event, remove all your decorations. Michigan Banquet Hall is not responsible for any supplies left over.
Michigan Banquet Hall is not liable for any outside food that is consumable. We will although provide you with the chafers & warmers to store your food for consumption at your event.
It is your responsibility for cleaning up the facility (minus sweeping and moping) after you are done with the event ____________________________________________________________________
Alcohol, Parking & Security:
Underage drinking and overly intoxicated/belligerent patrons will not be tolerated in our facility. If any activity is occurring at the time of your function, the underage patrons and those responsible will be escorted out of the facility and premises. Off street parking is available at Michigan Banquet Hall.
Michigan Banquet Hall is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle or personal belongings.
No Loitering inside and outside the facility once your event has ended (unless tearing down for your event).
Michigan Banquet Hall does NOT ALLOW any outside liquor to be brought to the facility.
A non-refundable Rent Deposit of 50% of your Rental Rate is due at the time of reservation. The balance of your Rental Rate is due fourteen- (14) days prior to your event. There is also an additional refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit of One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) that is also due fourteen-(14) days prior to your event. If there are no damages and/or the hall is cleaned (minus sweeping and moping) your monies will be refunded to you in full. If not, then the deposit is not refunded. If your reservation is within fourteen- (14) days of your event, the entire Rental Fee and Damage Deposit are due at the time of reservation paid with cash, money order or check. The refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit will be reimbursed to you same or following business day of your event if no damages have occurred and hall is clean (minus sweeping and moping).
